SMS Opt-In Policy

Last Updated: August 6, 2026

This policy explains how Vortex Computation ("we", "us", or "our") obtains consent to send operational text messages, what those messages contain, and how a recipient can get help or stop receiving them at any time.

Who Receives Messages

Messages are sent only to employees of a subject organization who have enrolled a work mobile number through that organization's staff onboarding or roster enrollment process. We do not message the general public, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How Consent Is Obtained

Employees enroll a work mobile number through Vortex Computation's staff onboarding and roster enrollment process, with written acknowledgment. Enrollment discloses that they may receive operational SMS about work commitments and follow-ups from this business, that an administrator may approve outbound notices, that frequency varies, that HELP and STOP work, and that message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of employment. Only enrolled, active roster numbers are messaged. When a number is removed from the roster or deactivated, messaging to that number stops.

Confirming by Text

An enrolled employee may also confirm or resume messaging by replying to our number (855) 464-8527 with any of the following:

GO, START, YES, AGREE, SURE, YUP, or OF COURSE

We reply with a confirmation identifying Vortex Computation and restating message frequency, HELP, STOP, and that message and data rates may apply. Replying with one of these keywords only affects an already enrolled roster number; it does not enroll a number that an administrator has not added, and it cannot reinstate a number that an administrator has removed.

What Messages Are Sent

Messages are informational and operational only — reminders and follow-ups about work commitments, and confirmations of information a recipient has sent to us. Outbound notices are reviewed and approved by an administrator at the subject organization before they are sent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the recipient's own activity and on the subject organization's operations. There is no fixed recurring schedule and no automated broadcast.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP at any time for assistance and contact information. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; we suppress the number immediately upon receiving it, and no further messages are sent to it. Opting out does not affect a recipient's employment.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of Consent Data

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to operate the messaging service described in this policy.
