This website is informational. It describes what we do, publishes research and reference material, and gives you a way to reach us. There is nothing here to buy, subscribe to, or log in to. The only things you can send us from it are a contact enquiry and, if you install the site as an app and choose to, a request to receive occasional update notifications.
Our Services are delivered off this website, under a separate signed agreement. They include custom software development, web and mobile applications, systems of record, data engineering and databases, business intelligence and reporting, workflow and process automation, AI integration, e-commerce development, hardware and PCB design, embedded firmware, mechanical CAD, product design, aerospace and R&D work, and IT consulting and security advisory, for organizations in regulated industries and for enterprises ("Services"). Nothing on this website is an offer to perform any of that work, and no page here creates an engagement. We may change what we offer, and we may change or take down any part of this website, at any time.
There is no account system on this website. There is no sign-up, no sign-in, no password, and no profile, so there is nothing for you to keep confidential and no credentials for anyone to misuse. If we ever add one, these Terms will change before it goes live.
We do not need you to identify yourself to read anything here. Everything published on this site is readable by anyone.

Our Intellectual Property: The Vortex Computation website and Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Vortex Computation and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our prior written consent.
Your Intellectual Property: You keep everything you own. The only thing you can send us through this website is a contact enquiry, and we use what you write there for one purpose: to read it, to reply to it, and to discuss the work you are asking about. We do not publish it, we do not license it onward, and we claim no rights in it. Ownership of anything created during an actual engagement is settled by that engagement's signed agreement, not by this page.
This website charges nothing and collects no payment. There is no checkout, no card form, no subscription, and no published price. Reading any page here, sending us an enquiry, and receiving update notifications all cost nothing and commit you to nothing.
Fees for our Services are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work, agreed with you before any work starts. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. That agreement, and not this page, governs what is owed, when it is due, and what happens if it is not paid.
You can stop using this website at any time by closing it, and you owe us nothing for having read it.
We may change, take down, or restrict access to this website or any part of it at any time, including blocking a source of abusive or automated traffic. Because there is no account here, there is nothing for us to suspend and nothing you would need to recover.
Ending an actual engagement is governed by that engagement's signed agreement, not by this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
